What does it involve? 

Mindfullness and Meditation is a practice that works by calming what is known as the autonomic nervous system; the system in our bodies that is responsible for what is known as the fight or flight response.  

It can help us to calm the over thinking mind, and guiding us in instilling feelings of clarity, calm and focus.  

 

It allows you to quieten the mind and the 'chatter' and in essence, helps us to focus the mind on more positive thoughts, this improving our happiness in our everyday life and manifesting and attracting positive experiences.  

By embarking on this journey I can help you to rebalance your mind and wellbeing, and have the tools to achieve your dreams and desires.

I can take you through a guided meditation as well as go through the benefits and impacts that this can have on your everyday life.
